Textron, including its Bell Textron Inc. subsidiary, is seeking an entry-level Supply Chain Procurement Associate in Amarillo, TX. You will contribute to purchasing processes and collaborate across departments to support aircraft manufacturing initiatives.

Ideal candidates hold a 4-year degree in supply chain or related fields and bring up to 2 years of experience, with strong Microsoft Office skills and a can-do attitude. Travel up to 25% may be required as business needs dictate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in supply chain, integrated operations, or finance.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Execute standard purchasing procedures within an assigned commodity or supplier to ensure timely delivery.
• Negotiate, manage supplier data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (SC, quality, engineering, manufacturing).
• Handle purchase orders, price adherence, inventory analysis, and input to long-term agreements.
• Maintain subcontract documentation that meets program requirements and contract obligations.
• Communicate with internal customers and provide supplier data to SCM/IPT management.
