Textron in Piney Flats, TN is seeking an entry‑level Supply Chain Procurement Associate. You will help ensure timely delivery of materials across aircraft programs, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to support cost reduction and quality improvements.

You will learn procurement systems, support PO management, and assist with supplier data while growing through mentorship and hands‑on experience. Bachelor’s in related field and 0–2 years’ experience required.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field required.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10% per year.
• Strong MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to quickly learn SAP, Ariba, and other enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a team‑player mindset.

Responsibilities

• Execute standard purchasing procedures to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Support purchase order management activities, including placement, changes, tracking, and pricing terms.
• Assist with inventory analysis and input to long‑term agreements.
• Maintain open‑order reports and supplier status visibility.
• Help manage subcontracts that meet program requirements and compliance.
• Provide supplier data to cross‑functional teams to support program execution.
