Textron Specialized Vehicles is hiring an entry-level supply chain professional in Georgia. The role requires 0–2 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is expected.

This onsite position focuses on purchasing, planning, and supplier coordination within a global manufacturing environment. The role is full-time, on-site in Augusta, GA, with opportunities for development, mentorship, and exposure

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• Years of Experience: 0-2 years of experience required.
• Software Knowledge: SAP, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Analyze raw material demand for purchase and on-time delivery in a MRP environment.
• Place purchase orders and expedite materials to meet weekly production plans.
• Implement and document plans for all part number or usage changes.
• Analyze domestic and international shipping forecasts to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Track actual and potential supply and delivery and communicate findings to management.
• Assess supplier performance against goals by monitoring quality acceptance, delivery, and cost savings.
• Disposition discrepant material as needed.
• Create purchase orders and ensure delivery.
• Communicate with vendors to obtain product, price, availability, and delivery information
