Responsibilities

• Assist with material planning requirements and issue purchase orders; expediting orders as needed.
• Develop new processes and improvements; document procedures and perform problem analysis.
• Manage inventory and reorder points based on manufacturing schedules.
• Prepare reports and communications as requested; perform system data analysis and cleanup.
• Stage orders, create stockroom pick lists, and schedule materials to support schedules.
• Analyze material demand and part shortages and their impact on capacity and schedules.
• Assist supervisors with disposition of rejected materials and bottleneck analysis.
• Maintain data records in planning systems and establish production schedules for a work area.
