Job summary

Oats Overnight, Inc. is seeking a Supply Planner to ensure the right products and materials are available at the right times.

You’ll turn demand forecasts into production schedules for our in-house facility and manage raw materials and packaging needs. You’ll support new product launches, rebranding, and item transitions, collaborating with Manufacturing, Procurement, and Quality to keep the line running and orders covered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, industrial engineering, business, or related field, or 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables, lookups, and formulas.
• Basic understanding of MRP, BOMs, lead times, and inventory concepts; ERP exposure is a plus.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain finished goods production schedules for internal manufacturing.
• Plan raw materials and packaging requirements using S&OP data and BOMs.
• Coordinate with Marketing, R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Procurement on project timelines.
• Participate in inventory health, supplier delivery, and order fill analysis.
• Contribute to the buildout of the supply planning function and use AI tools where applicable.
