Oats Overnight, Inc. is seeking a Demand Planner to forecast demand across retail, club, DTC, and marketplace channels, guiding production, purchasing, and logistics around real demand rather than guesses.

You’ll own a set of items and channels, gather input from Sales, Marketing, and Finance, and improve forecast accuracy with every cycle. This entry‑level role offers hands‑on exposure to end‑to‑end planning, cross‑functional collaboration, and a path toward IBP leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business analytics, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; recent graduates are welcome.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
• Curiosity about how demand really works and why numbers move.
• Analytical skills with comfort working with large data sets; exposure to SQL, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.

Responsabilidades

• Forecast by item, customer, and channel across retail, club, DTC, and marketplace.
• Gather input from Sales, Marketing, and Finance on promotions and launches.
• Prepare forecast materials for IBP and partner with Supply Planning.
• Measure forecast accuracy and build dashboards for leadership.
