Job summary

O-I in Plano, TX is seeking a Supply Planner / Inventory Management, Replenishment & Supply Chain Optimization to ensure product availability across the O-I Packaging Solutions network. Reporting to the Supply Chain Lead, you will collaborate with sourcing, manufacturing, sales, and service teams to develop replenishment plans and manage inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain planning or related functions.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain inventory replenishment plans to support forecasted and actual customer demand.
• Coordinate intercompany product movements and supplier scheduling to meet constraints.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Sales Service, and Business Managers to resolve supply chain issues and align strategies.
• Support S&OP by providing inventory, supply, capacity, and logistics insights for decision-making.
• Provide analytical support for continuous improvement initiatives and operational performance reviews.
