Job summary

347 Group, Inc. seeks a Substation Drafter to support the design of substation engineering projects. The role involves creating electrical drawings for facilities, including lighting, power, communications, security, and fire detection, in compliance with NEC.

You will develop entry-level drawings using CAD software under supervision, and contribute to design developments and construction documents. A background in electrical facilities and familiarity with AutoCAD/MicroStation is expected, with

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of professional experience with AutoCAD.
• Experience in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil facilities.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Database/Document Management familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Create electrical drawings for facilities, such as lighting systems, power systems, communications, security, and fire detection in compliance with the NEC.
• Develop entry-level drawings using CAD software under supervision.
