Mervin Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a production team member in Sequim, WA to sublimation graphics onto topsheets and bases. The role trains on-site with a schedule that supports fast-paced manufacturing and quality control.

No prior experience required; physical tasks and safety compliance are essential for daily operations. The position offers full-time hours, competitive hourly pay, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).

• Able to establish and maintain well-organized work flow and work area.
• Excellent visual skills for discerning details, colors, variances, and flaws.
• Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job repetitively.

• Must have a reasonable understanding of the integral components of the product and process.

• Experience with power tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble bakes by stacking graphic subsheets, topsheets, or base plastic with brown paper buffers
• Use correct type and size of plastic in bakes with correct graphics
• Plan bake schedule to maintain uninterrupted use of oven time
• Apply etched badges on designated locations on topsheets
• Deliver bases to base cutting area
• Maintain inventory of extra and overbuilt tops and bases
• Accurately record sublimation progress on production schedule as each set is completed
• Monitor sublimation progress across all presses
• Clean and maintain work station, tools, and machinery used
