Job summary

Mervin Manufacturing in Sequim, WA is seeking a sublimation production worker to apply graphics to topsheets and base plastics and to maintain the production schedule. No experience is required — we will train you.

Position hours are Monday–Thursday 5:00am–3:30pm, with pay from $18.30 to $21.55 per hour. Starting rate is $18.30/hour with a step increase after training. Benefits include 401(k), medical, dental, vision, life, disability, PTO, paid holidays and more.

Qualifications

• Able to maintain organized workflow and workspace.
• Excellent visual skills for color and detail.
• Able to perform physical tasks repetitively.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Understands product/process basics.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with power tools is a plus.
• Computer experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble bakes by stacking graphic subsheets, topsheets, or base plastic with buffers.
• Use correct plastic in bakes with correct graphics.
• Plan bake schedule to maintain oven time.
• Apply etched badges on designated locations on topsheets.
• Deliver bases to base cutting area.
• Maintain inventory of tops and bases.
• Record sublimation progress on production schedule.
• Monitor sublimation progress across presses.
• Clean and maintain work station, tools, and machinery.
