IMEG is hiring a Structural Engineering New Grad to join the Raleigh/Charlotte, NC office. You will assist with design and analysis of structural systems, using engineering software to develop drawings and calculations under mentorship.

Expect exposure to multiple project types across a Southeast portfolio and active participation in project execution, coordination, and client communication. You will work in a 100% employee-owned firm with a strong culture, mentorship, and continued development

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering (required). Master’s degree in Structural Engineering preferred.
• Fundamental knowledge of design techniques and code requirements for structural systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and analysis of structural systems for various building types.
• Support project execution including documentation, coordination, and construction-phase activities.
• Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and design decisions under supervision.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet project goals and client expectations.
