GuideWell seeks an Enterprise Strategy Analyst to serve as the analytical engine behind in-house strategy engagements. You will build financial models, market analyses, and research, turning data into clean, decision-ready slides, memos, and analyses under an engagement lead.

This is an entry-level role designed to teach problem structuring, analytics, and storytelling while gaining a working understanding of how a health plan operates.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, and eagerness to build deeper modeling and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; all majors welcome; quantitative/analytical coursework is a plus.
• Internships, co-ops, or academic projects involving data analysis, research, modeling, or structured problem-solving are a plus.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the habit to verify data and findings.

Responsibilities

• Build the financial models, market analyses, and quantitative research that support an assigned workstream.
• Gather and synthesize internal and external data into a clear fact base for decision-making.
• Run defined analyses accurately and check your own work, surfacing assumptions and gaps.
• Produce clear, error-free slides, memos, and data cuts under the engagement lead.
