Responsibilities

• Independently manage store operations between daytime and nighttime hours, acting as key leader and liaison among teams and various departments; responsible for opening/closing the store with a varied schedule.
• Partner with department management to delegate tasks and ensure Front End operations run efficiently and checkout lanes are optimized.
• Manage a team of Customer Service employees, providing training, feedback, and development opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and act as a champion of company values.
• Respond quickly to operational challenges with store leadership, solving problems as they arise.
• Lead and participate in store projects to strengthen team cohesion and company culture.
