84 Lumber is offering a full-time Manager Trainee role designed to train you for store leadership. You will rotate through Sales, Operations and Estimation, with hands-on learning and promotion potential within 6–12 months based on performance and opportunities.

The program encourages relocation for advancement, and no prior experience is required as you build essential retail and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; availability for full-time schedule (48+ hours/week).
• No experience required to begin your career; willingness to learn and grow.
• Willingness to relocate for a management position within the company.

Responsibilities

• Payroll, Invoicing, Inventory and POS Systems
• Microsoft Office Suite (previous experience preferred)
• Interpreting and analyzing common financial reports
• Reading blueprints and creating material lists
• Responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers
