QuikTrip Corp. seeks an Entry-Level Assistant Manager to support store operations and help the team succeed. You will deliver excellent customer service, reinforce standards, and contribute to a welcoming store environment.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will train clerks on your shift, promote teamwork, and uphold policies while driving growth and high performance with hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in retail sales is desired.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold company standards.
• Support and mentor team members on shift, resolve conflicts professionally.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure daily upkeep.
• Ensure food safety and quality standards in food service areas.
• Present products effectively and optimize merchandising to meet demand.
• Assist with shift management and cross-shift coordination to meet demand.
• Support operational standards, inventory processes, and reporting.
