QuikTrip Corp. is seeking an Entry-Level Assistant Manager to support daily store operations and help a team succeed in delivering exceptional customer service.

You will work under the Store Manager and collaborate with other assistants to promote teamwork, uphold company policies, and foster a respectful, inclusive, and customer-focused environment. You will help train clerks on your shift and contribute to a high-performing team culture through hands-on leadership and a commitment to growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail store sales experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in English, verbally and in writing.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service and uphold company standards to create a welcoming store environment.
• Mentor team members and promote teamwork while modeling professional behavior.
• Maintain store appearance and safe, clean conditions on the shop floor and in back areas.
• Ensure food safety and quality where applicable and reinforce proper handling procedures.
• Assist with merchandising and product presentation to meet customer demand.
• Support shift operations, coordinate cross-shift efforts, and meet daily performance goals.
• Monitor operational standards and ensure accurate reporting and inventory processes.
