You will assist with AP/AR, reconciliations, and track project costs while gaining exposure to multiple active projects and vendor communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Internship or prior accounting experience is a plus, but not required.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Comfortable working with Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Construction experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Accounts Payable and invoice processing.
• Support Accounts Receivable and customer invoicing.
• Assist with account reconciliations and general accounting tasks.
• Help track project costs and expenses.
• Assist with vendor setup and documentation.
• Communicate with vendors and subcontractors as needed.
• Assist the accounting team with day-to-day financial responsibilities.
• Learn and support accounting processes across multiple active projects.
