Qualifications

• 1–3 years of accounting experience (internships or project accounting a plus).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn construction accounting systems and practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable and subcontractor payment processing.
• Support accounts receivable and cash receipt entries.
• Help maintain subcontractor documentation.
• Assist with monthly reconciliations and invoice workflows.
• Contribute to sales and use tax filings.
• Participate in weekly check runs and audit preparation.
• Collaborate with project teams and accounting leadership.
