Dahl Automotive in Rhinelander, WI, is seeking a Sales and Leasing Consultant to join our team. You will work with guests to help them find the new or used vehicle that meets their needs and wishes, delivering a high level of customer service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.
• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Previous sales and/or customer service experience, with preference given to candidates with prior automotive sales experience (not required).

• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow‑up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
• Report objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring your 'A game' along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.

If you have previous sales and/or customer service experience, we invite you to apply. The pay range for this position is $50,000-$60,0000+ on an annual basis. Your performance directly correlates with your level of income, which is limitless!
