Qualifications

• US Citizenship required with ability to obtain US security clearance.
• Final US Secret Clearance post-start is required.
• BS in mechanical or aerospace engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with CAD tools and PCB design/assembly or related analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with multi-discipline groups to develop requirements and designs.
• Guide structural design with trade studies to meet program needs.
• Perform detailed structural and thermal analysis using calculations and tools.
• Document analyses to show compliance with Boeing and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Electrical Engineering for PCB layout and placement.
• Validate designs through reviews, testing, and analysis.
• Develop new processes to reduce cycle time and improve product.
• Identify, track, and report technical performance measures.
