Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing 3D CAD models and drawings.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop space products.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with leadership and customers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to interpret requirements and develop conceptual spacecraft configurations and layouts using CAD tools.
• Support high-level systems engineering trades to balance configurations for performance, risk, schedule and cost.
• Present work at design integration and campaign reviews.
• Work with spacecraft architects to establish solutions for structure, propulsion, power, and payloads.
• Proactive problem-solver who adapts to changes.
• Provide proposal content and products including drawings, layouts, and 3-D models.
• This position is 100% onsite.
