The Boeing Company in El Segundo, CA, seeks a Manager - Mechanical Product Design Engineering (RF Space Electronics). You will lead a team delivering RF product design and electronics packaging for space systems, guiding cradle-to-grave development from concept to production.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in electronics packaging, strong leadership and collaboration skills, and proficiency with CREO, Teamcenter, MS Project and Expedition. This role is onsite and offers relocation support.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year in a leadership role or completed Boeing's 'Exploring Leadership'.
• 5+ years in Electronics Packaging Design (RF Space, airborne, digital, RF or power).
• 5+ years in EEE components, Circuit Card Assembly and PCB specs.

Responsabilités

• Manages employees performing RF product design engineering.
• Develops and executes integrated department plans and procedures.
• Acquires resources, manages suppliers, and leads process improvements.
• Develops and maintains relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Develops direct reports.
