Kids for the Future is hiring a Soybean Meal Mill Technician I (Production Operator I) in Wisconsin. You will monitor and operate our milling equipment, perform basic quality checks, and help load/unload bulk shipments while maintaining GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing or refinery operations experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and safety awareness.
• Good verbal and written communication; reliable team member.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, operate and troubleshoot milling process for soybean meal.
• Conduct basic quality tests to ensure product standards.
• Assist in loading/unloading bulk truckloads of soybeans and finished product.
• Maintain sanitary schedules and safe work environment per GMP.
• Complete required production record paperwork.
