The position involves certification maintenance, and adherence to environmental and safety policies. Core responsibilities include operating equipment, preparing reports, managing material flow, and performing inventory and housekeeping duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred for entry-level mill operations.
• Ability to read and understand safety rules, manuals, and procedures.
• Must read and speak English and operate basic computer tools.
• Willingness to work ~50 hours per week including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Be capable of learning all mill areas and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Follows standard operating instructions for all operator areas and records.
• Operates equipment in all areas, including grinders and fork lift.
• Prepares shift activity and production reports and sampling results.
• Controls flow of materials to meet product specs and quality goals.
• Performs inventory of feed, bulk and micro ingredients.
• Maintains housekeeping and supports teammates, ensuring safety.
