Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Sales experience in solar, insurance, real estate, or phone sales is valuable.
• Strong communication and active listening skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person consultations with homeowners.
• Educate clients on solar energy solutions and savings.
• Use CRM and proposal software to guide the customer journey.
