Housebuildr Inc. in Los Angeles is hiring solar sales representatives to go door-to-door, educating homeowners on solar incentives and financing, and scheduling proposals. You will work with a high-energy team and mentors to develop your sales skills in a fast-growing solar company.

Formación

• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with homeowners.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and comfortable working outdoors.
• No sales experience required — we train from the ground up.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to discuss solar savings.
• Educate homeowners on California solar incentives, financing, and bill reductions.
• Schedule appointments for solar proposals.
• Handle basic qualification questions (roof type, credit, bill amount, shade).
• Work closely with closers and managers for smooth homeowner follow-up.
• Track leads, appointments, and conversions in our CRM daily.
