Job summary

Housebuildr Inc in Los Angeles, CA is hiring for a door-to-door solar sales role. You’ll speak with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods about rising electricity costs and solar savings, using our scripts and training to educate on incentives, financing, and bill reductions.

You will schedule appointments for solar proposals, handle basic qualification questions, and work closely with closers and managers to ensure smooth follow-up.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with homeowners.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and comfortable working outdoors.
• No prior sales experience required — we provide training from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to discuss solar savings with homeowners.
• Educate homeowners on incentives, financing programs, and bill reductions using scripts.
• Schedule appointments for solar proposals.
• Qualify basic details (roof type, credit, bill amount, shading).
• Collaborate with closers and managers for follow-up.
• Track leads, appointments, and conversions in our CRM daily.
