Job summary

Cinterra is seeking an entry-level Associate Project Manager to support the Project Management Office in delivering utility-scale solar projects from an office or remote site. You will assist with safety, contracts, schedule, budget, and quality to help ensure successful project outcomes.

You will learn project management processes, support planning, reporting, and collaboration with site teams, while developing essential skills for future leadership opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Renewable Energy, Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.
• OR High School Diploma with 2 years solar construction experience.
• Recent graduate or minimum 2 years solar construction experience.
• Excellent communication and ability to convey detail to diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
• Problem-solver who can assess constraints and implement solutions.
• Effective time management and deadline focus.
• Willing to travel and work long hours as needed.
• Familiar with OSHA regulations and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in developing execution plans and schedules.
• Support weekly status meetings and customer communications.
• Review contracts and scope of work to ensure compliance.
• Help prepare change orders and cost-to-complete reports.
• Update project schedules and monitor milestone dates for on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
