Job summary

Cinterra, Inc. is seeking a Site Manager (Renewables) to lead utility-scale solar projects. You will supervise crews, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery on site.

The role requires strong communication, budget awareness, and the ability to read plans, manage field operations, and engage with customers. Travel may be required to support multiple sites. A bachelor’s degree in construction management or related experience, plus several years of solar

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent experience.
Five or more years of construction management in utility-scale solar required.
Familiar with OSHA regulations (required).
Familiar with local codes, AHJ standards, and NEC code.
Must be able to travel frequently and work long hours.

Responsibilities

Lead site teams and manage day-to-day operations on utility-scale solar projects.
Ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery on site.
Maintain project schedule, budget, and contractual obligations.
Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and field crews.
Attend customer meetings and document project progress.
Oversee QA inspections and site drawings compliance.
