Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year of SMT operator experience
• Understanding of SMT equipment operation
• Ability to identify different electronic components
• Basic knowledge of printing and soldering processes
• Adherence to safety protocols and procedures
• Familiarity with reading blueprints, diagrams, and processing documentation
• Ability to read and follow work instructions in English
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Responsabilidades

• Load machine programs, feeders, and components onto SMT machines for specific jobs.
• Run the SMT equipment, including pick-and-place machines, screen printers, and reflow ovens, following instructions and process sheets.
• Verify components against parts lists and load them accurately into feeders.
• Monitor machine operation and make minor adjustments to component placement or other settings to ensure proper function and quality.
• Perform visual inspections of components and the final PCB assembly for defects like misplacement or solder issues.
• Conduct routine maintenance, such as cleaning machine nozzles, to ensure equipment precision and prevent downtime.
• Identify and report minor machine malfunctions or production issues to supervisors or maintenance staff.
• Record production data and maintain logs of machine settings and output.
• Maintaining equipment and keeping the workspace clean and organized for safety and productivity.
• Follow all ESD, safety, and company quality procedures
