Job summary

RTX in Tucson is seeking an Entry Level Systems Engineer I, Signal Processing, to join the RF/EO/IR algorithm team onsite. You will help test, validate, and optimize signal processing models and integrate them into hardware and software for field deployments.

The role requires a BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering or a related STEM field, plus experience with MATLAB or Python and C/C++. A security clearance is required to start, with potential relocation eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related STEM major obtained by start date.
• Experience developing scripts and functions with MATLAB or Python for evaluation of data sets.
• Experience with the C or C++ programming languages.

Responsibilities

• Test, verify, and validate RF or EO/IR models and signal processing algorithm performance.
• Integrate algorithms into tactical system hardware and software and evaluate functionality and impact.
• Develop documentation, execute plans, analyze data, verify requirements, and communicate results to leadership.
