RTX is seeking entry‑level engineers for an onsite role in Tucson, AZ. You will work in aerospace and defense to test and validate RF or EO/IR models, integrating algorithms into system hardware and software, and preparing documentation for leadership reviews.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in a related STEM field and have experience with MATLAB or Python, plus C/C++. Internship or project experience in signal processing is a plus and relocation to Tucson may be required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related STEM major obtained by start date.
• Experience developing scripts and functions with MATLAB or Python for evaluation of data sets.
• Experience with the C or C++ programming languages.

Responsibilities

• Participate in engineering lab environments to test, verify, and validate RF or EO/IR models and signal processing algorithm performance.
• Integrate algorithms into tactical system hardware and software and evaluate their functionality and impact.
• Develop documentation, execute plans, analyze data, verify requirements, and communicate results to leadership.
