Job summary

Far West Services, LLC, operating Wingstop locations, is seeking an entry-level Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations. You will assist the General Manager and Assistant Manager, helping drive sales, manage labor and food costs, and uphold Wingstop standards.

We offer training for those new to leadership and opportunities for upward mobility to a General Manager role. Flexibility in hours and a team-focused environment are emphasized as part of our culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service and supervisory basics.
• Food Handler Certification required after hire.
• 6 months experience using a POS system.
• Adherence to restaurant policies, cash handling and safety.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Availability for flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in achieving store goals.
• Drive operational excellence by managing sales and controlling labor and food costs during shifts.
• Maintain a safe restaurant environment for team and guests.
• Model Wingstop culture and recognize staff performance.
• Develop positive relationships with the shift team and address individual needs.
• Provide excellent customer service with a guest-first attitude.
• Ensure accurate cash management and cash register practices.
