Job summary

Far West Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to help run daily restaurant operations, coach team members, and ensure guests receive outstanding service. This leadership role supports the General Manager and Assistant Manager and prepares you for future growth within our company.

You will lead shifts, maintain operational standards, ensure food safety, and promote a positive team culture in a fast-paced Wingstop franchise environment.

Qualifications

• Restaurant or leadership experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and leadership mindset.
• Experience using POS system preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Available to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations and support restaurant performance.
• Coach and encourage team members during each shift.
• Lead by example and promote a positive team culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are maintained.
• Monitor ticket times and help deliver orders within quoted readiness times.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
• Support cash handling and ensure company procedures are followed.
• Assist with opening, closing, and shift changing responsibilities.
• Communicating restaurant needs and maintenance concerns management.
• Help train and develop new team members.
• Step into any position as needed to support the success of the restaurant.
