Job summary

Tenon is seeking an Associate Technical Consultant in Indianapolis to implement, configure, and support its ServiceNow-based marketing platform. You will work closely with Professional Services, Product, and Engineering to move customer environments through the implementation lifecycle, keep instances current and stable, and build marketing assets powering campaigns.

This is an ideal role for someone early in their ServiceNow or SaaS career who wants to gain deep platform expertise while working

Qualifications

• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting ServiceNow apps.
• Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards.
• Translating business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting scoped ServiceNow applications.
• Maintaining detailed documentation of application design, logic and code for training customers.
• Creating and maintaining custom and scheduled reports and dashboards.
• Gathering requirements from customers and delivering high-quality implementations.
• Supporting customer workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design discussions.
• Troubleshooting issues with customers and communicating progress clearly.
• Acting as a trusted technical advisor during implementations and post-go-live support.
