Job summary

American Sound in Indianapolis is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to implement and enhance integrations, workflows, and platform components. You will collaborate across teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions that meet client needs and improve performance.

The role requires strong JavaScript and web tech skills, ITSM/ITOM understanding, and hands-on integration experience with cloud and on-prem systems. On-site role at our Indianapolis office.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems; eight years of experience as a developer or equivalent
  • 4+ years’ experience as a ServiceNow developer or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, or AngularJS
  • Experience integrating cloud solutions with on-premises and other cloud solutions
  • Familiarity with ITIL and IT Service Management
  • Experience with AJAX, JSON, and integration techniques
  • Self-starter with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements and improve platform functionality
  • Design, implement, and support e-bonding integrations with client ServiceNow instances and external systems
  • Serve as a technical point of contact for client-facing opportunities and translate business needs into solutions
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and define integration use cases
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client-facing integration issues with timely communication
  • Coordinate implementation timelines, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
  • Configure out-of-the-box workflows and develop custom workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripts
  • Integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party systems using APIs and web services
  • Support internal platform development, enhancements, and optimization for performance
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, integrations, and development processes
  • Analyze existing programs and design, code, test, and debug new or enhanced solutions
  • Recommend improvements to development practices, maintenance processes, and system standards
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and pursue certifications
  • Assist with platform administration, troubleshooting, and support as needed

We’re looking to add a ServiceNow Developer to our Indianapolis office to support client integration, internal platform enhancements, and other key technical initiatives. This role will build and support ServiceNow solutions, including e-bonding integrations, workflows, and third-party connectivity, while helping ensure platform performance and stability. The ideal candidate is a strong technical partner who can collaborate across teams and deliver scalable solutions that meet business needs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements and improve overall platform functionality
  • Design, implement, and support e-bonding integrations with client ServiceNow instances and other external client systems
  • Serve as a technical point of contact for client-facing opportunities, helping translate business needs into effective ServiceNow solutions
  • Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define integration use cases, and align technical solutions with service expectations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client-facing integration issues, ensuring timely communication and high-quality service delivery
  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate implementation timelines, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems related disciplines; eight years of experience as a developer; or an equivalent combination of education and or experience in a related field
  • 4+ years’ experience as a ServiceNow developer or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, or AngularJS
  • Experience integrating cloud solutions with on-premises solutions and with other cloud solutions
  • Familiarity with ITIL and IT Service Management
  • Experience with AJAX, JSON, and integration techniques
  • Self-starter with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience administering or developing ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, Discovery, and/or SAM Pro
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of multi-department teams on large enterprise projects
  • ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Systems Administrator or Certified Application Developer
Job Compensation and Details
  • Salary- $80k-100k annual
  • Shift time and days- Dayshift, M-F
