You'll perform oil changes, inspections, basic maintenance, and customer service while fully cross-training with the team. A driver's license is strongly preferred, but not required, and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Committed to safety.
• Ability to stand for long periods; lift 50+ lbs.
• Willingness to learn with a growth mindset.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Any level of automotive experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on-site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.
