Champion Porsche is seeking an Entry-Level SEO/SEM & E-Commerce Specialist to drive the automotive dealership's online visibility and sales.

The role focuses on owning SEO/SEM strategy, managing Google Ads and paid campaigns, and developing the Shopify store to enhance user experience and conversions.

• Manage Google Ads, Demand Gen, Performance Max, and paid social campaigns with keyword and bid strategies.
• Conduct technical, on-page, and off-page SEO to improve search visibility for vehicle content and services.
• Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities across models and campaigns.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search intent and UX.
• Monitor KPIs via Google Analytics and Search Console, translating data into actionable insights.
• Support email marketing, social media, events, and brand campaigns for consistent messaging.
• Develop and maintain the Shopify e-commerce store including products, content, and UX.
• Assist Marketing Director with events, vendor coordination, and cross-team campaigns.

Entry-Level SEO/SEM & E-Commerce Specialist

Position Available:

Champion Porsche has an outstanding opportunity for an Entry-Level SEO/SEM & E-Commerce Specialist to join the Champion Family.

Responsibilities:

• Hit the ground running by taking immediate ownership of Champion Porsche’s SEO and SEM strategy, driving qualified traffic, leads, and measurable ROI from day one
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Demand Gen, Performance Max, and paid social campaigns, including keyword research, audience development, bid strategies, and ongoing performance optimization
• Conduct technical, on-page, and off-page SEO initiatives to improve search visibility for new, pre-owned, service, and parts focused content
• Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities across Porsche models, campaigns, and seasonal initiatives
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search intent, conversion rate optimization, and user experience
• Monitor and report on KPIs using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and ad platform dashboards, translating data into clear, actionable insights
• Support email marketing, social media, event promotion, and brand campaigns as needed, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints
• Stay current on search engine algorithm updates, paid media trends, and digital marketing best practices, proactively recommending improvements
• Develop, maintain, and optimize the company's Shopify e-commerce store, including products, content, functionality, and user experience
• Assist with special projects, launches, and initiatives that support Champion Porsche’s luxury brand positioning
• Assistant role to the Marketing Director to support other marketing efforts, including but not limited to event planning, off-site media production, liaison with vendors, and campaign planning, as well as coordinating with the in-house media team on projects.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the automotive industry
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds Focus CRM a plus
• Experienced in SEM (Search Engine Marketing) / SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
• Experience with Shopify e-commerce platform
• Familiar with major AI platforms and their utilization
• Fast learner, and ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Adobe Products (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, PDF, etc.) a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to work and function in a team environment
• Good overall organizational skills and attention to detail

Employment Requirements:

• Experienced in SEM (Search Engine Marketing) / SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
• Experienced in Shopify e-commerce platform
• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must pass Background Check and Drug Screen

Schedule:

• Full time in-house position. NOT a remote job
• Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm
• Must be able to work weekends and evenings if required
• Must be able to travel if required
• Non-exempt position, Overtime after 40 working hours
