Job summary

Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc. seeks an entry-level Navy IT Support role within the Global Security group. You will support the Global Service Desk, resolve incidents, and help maintain secure enterprise IT services across multiple networks.

You will work with network, cybersecurity, and engineering teams in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment and must be eligible for a Secret clearance; CompTIA Security+ within 90 days is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience with HS diploma.
• Experience with Windows operating systems and basic troubleshooting.
• Must currently have and maintain Secret security clearance; CompTIA Security+ within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage service desk tickets and ITSM workflows.
• Troubleshoot access, hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Manage user accounts and comply with security policies.
• Coordinate with network, cybersecurity, and engineering teams.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and knowledge articles.
