Qualifications

• 0 years of experience with a Bachelor’s in related field; or HS Diploma with 4 years relevant experience.
• Active Secret Clearance is required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, deploy, test, and upgrade Windows client workstations.
• Provide desktop support for desktops, laptops, servers, peripherals, and mission-specific hardware.
• Maintain CSCB compliance and follow IT policies and procedures.
• Monitor logs and provide daily summaries of system and security events.
• Perform IAVA patching and post‑patch testing to ensure availability.
• Apply STIGs and evaluate SCAP/ACAS results for compliance.
• Support RMF lifecycle tasks and accreditation efforts.
• Record incidents and guide tickets to closure with proper escalation.
• Deliver on-the-job guidance and end-user training for processes and best practices.
• Support conference rooms, collaboration spaces, and VTC equipment.
