Nextep is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who enjoys talking to people and is comfortable making the first move.

You will support the sales team by connecting with businesses across the country. Responsibilities include cold calling, following up on inbound leads, and qualifying prospects to set appointments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• B2B experience or training is a plus.
• Persistent and loves a challenge.

Responsibilities

• Make cold calls and connect with business leaders.
• Communicate with prospects via phone, email, and other channels as needed.
• Assist the sales team and nurture inbound leads to expand the prospect database.
• Qualify leads based on budget, timeline and fit; schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Provide feedback to marketing/product teams on prospect feedback, market trends and competitive insights.
