Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or nearing completion) in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of the School Support Plan using established templates and guidance.
• Coordinate Tier I programs and activities as assigned.
• Assist with logistics for partner-led programs and school-wide events.
• Follow established processes and communicate updates clearly to supervisor.
• Manage a caseload of students (typically 40-55) with supervision.
• Conduct intake, documentation, and basic home visits.
• Implement student/family support plans using established approaches.
• Maintain accurate and timely case documentation.
• Maintain professional and responsive communication with school staff and partners.
• Follow through on assigned tasks and commitments.
• Build basic working relationships with students, families, and staff.
• Maintain organized schedules, files, and tracking systems.
• Meet deadlines with guidance and reminders.
• Handle confidential student information appropriately.
