• Build basic working relationships with students, families, and staff.

JOB SUMMARY

The temporary- grant based Program Coordinator I (Site Coordinator I) supports the implementation of their program strategy at an assigned school, and is currently funded for the 2026-2027 school year. This role focuses on executing established programs, coordinating student supports , and maintaining accurate documentation under guidance from leadership. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals developing foundational skills in case management, program coordination, and school-based partnership work. This role is contingent on grant funding and may be renewable for the following 2027-2028 school year.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Program & Activity Coordination (Execution-Focused)

• Support implementation of the School Support Plan using established templates and guidance
• Coordinate Tier I programs and activities as assigned
• Assist with logistics for partner-led programs and school-wide events
• Follow established processes and communicate updates clearly to supervisor

Student & Family Support (Structured Case Management)

• Manage a caseload of students (typically 40-55) with supervision
• Conduct intake, documentation, and basic home visits
• Implement student/family support plans using established approaches
• Maintain accurate and timely case documentation

Collaboration & Relationships (Responsive)

• Maintain professional and responsive communication with school staff and partners
