Phaidon International is a multi-award-winning talent partner based in the United States. This Experienced Sales Consultant | Entry Level role in Chicago offers a starting salary of $45,000 plus uncapped commissions, with an OTE of $70k–$80k in the first year.

You’ll join a fast-paced, training-driven environment designed for rapid growth and market leadership. From Day 1 you’ll develop client relationships, engage top candidates, and manage the full recruitment process using world-class tools.

• End-to-end process management: own the full recruitment cycle from introductions to post-placement support.
• Embrace technology and data: use tools to identify opportunities and track market trends.
