Aerotek offers a base salary of $45,000 plus unlimited earning potential through commissions after your hourly training period. If you work hard and perform well in the job, your compensation will grow quickly. Our average recruiter makes $48,000 their first year (which includes a comprehensive training period) and $62,000 in their second year.
