Textron seeks an Entry Level – Sales Strategy Associate in Fort Worth, TX to support regional sales plans and events, and to learn cross-functionally in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

You’ll collaborate with the Bell sales team, help tailor regional strategies, and assist in creating marketing content and presentations while gaining experience with CRM, forecasting, and pricing trends. This is a hands-on, mentored role with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong prioritization, analytics, and teamwork are valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales plans, marketing events, and aircraft demos with the sales team.
• Assist in creating tailored regional strategies for the regions supported.
• Coordinate with Fort Worth and regional teams to boost sales of commercial rotorcraft.
• Organize customer events and trade shows as needed.
• Develop regional marketing content and presentations and support translation needs.
