Job summary

Textron Inc. is seeking an entry-level Associate Financial Analyst (Accounting) in Fort Worth, TX, offering mentorship and hands-on experience across finance functions.

As part of Bell, you’ll support aircraft manufacturing, perform financial statement analysis, participate in month-end close, validate intercompany activity, and help prepare schedules for Textron and external auditors while ensuring SOX compliance and SAP testing/monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• Excel proficiency and strong understanding of accounting principles.

• Conduct financial statement analysis.
• Participate in month-end close activities.
• Understand and validate intercompany activity.
• Prepare quarterly and year-end Textron and external auditor schedules.
• Ensure SOX documentation is accurate and maintained.
• Participate in systems testing as required related to changes/upgrades/new entities.
• Monitor weekly SAP batch jobs, and coordinate with various user departments on SAP Interface errors.

Day in the Life of an Associate Financial Analyst (Accounting)

We are looking for curious, adaptable, and self‑driven individuals with a passion to innovate.
