Responsibilities

• Support execution of brand marketing operations by managing assigned brand initiatives and operational activities within plans and priorities.
• Manage branded materials and merchandise processes, including ordering, inventory oversight, and distribution coordination.
• Coordinate invoice submission for brand marketing activities and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal partners.
• Maintain and manage brand marketing assets, ensuring materials are current and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate logistics for marketing events, including planning, vendor coordination, and on-site execution within timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate internal and external brand communications to ensure messaging aligns with brand standards.
• Manage brand marketing requests, prioritize inquiries, and ensure timely follow-through.
