Textron Aviation offers an entry-level opportunity as part of the Sales Operations Associate program. This 9-month rotation-based path develops hands-on skills across sales, marketing, customer service, and operations, enabling exposure to Cessna and Beechcraft knowledge and business finance concepts.

Participants gain mentorship, hands-on experience, and the potential to interview for a customer-facing role upon completion, with pathways across various functional areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
• Less than 2 years of professional experience in a relevant role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; willing to travel and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Rotations through multiple functions: Technical Marketing, Product Knowledge, Customer Experience, Marketing, Customer Service, Business Operations, Sales Operations.
• Handle tactical day-to-day tasks and significant project work during each rotation.
• Be assigned to a sales zone and collaborate to understand the sales process.
• Complete required training courses and curricula.
• Support host function leadership during rotation cycles.
• Utilize reports and systems like Salesforce effectively in each function.
• Apply learning to professional scenarios.
• Collaborate in a team environment.
