Total Quality Logistics (TQL) invites you to join the Fast Track Sales Program in Cincinnati. You'll receive six months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives, relocation paid to Cincinnati, and a clear path to build a national book of business.

The program offers a base salary, a sign-on bonus, a housing allowance, and uncapped commission potential; our graduates typically reach six figures within a few years.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book and establish relationships to close new customers.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
